Specialist MSk Physiotherapist

As a keen sportsman himself, playing rugby for Buckingham Rugby Club, whilst acting as the team’s physiotherapist, Ben’s life revolves around being healthy and he is a keen student of the effects of nutrition on the body. He even married a personal fitness trainer, Louise, in 2011; ensuring that fitness remains very much in the family. They did, however, take some time out to indulge in a spectacular road trip through California and Mexico for their honeymoon (very little rugby out there).

Alongside rugby and general fitness, Ben can often be heard working on some madcap project in his shed or seen wandering off into the distance, taking his dogs for a long and highly energetic walk. Sometimes, if he gets really carried away, the dogs come back even more tired than him. Ben originally trained at the University of Hertfordshire and after four years working for the NHS he finally found his niche as an MSk Specialist Physiotherapist at Pea Green. He also supports the local Akeley Wood School with physiotherapy for their hockey and netball teams; and their rugby tour of Canada. His other accreditations include:

BSc Physio Accredited Acupuncturist AACP Headache and Migraine physiotherapist (Level One) Member of the Health Care Professions Council HCPC and Chartered Society of Physiotherapy MCSP Diploma in Sport Science Mulligan techniques Myofascial release expert Pilates teacher APPI

Hello, I’m Harry and I am a Sports Rehabilitator. My interest in musculoskeletal injuries was ignited after dealing with multiple injuries myself, which created a strong desire to learn and understand how injuries occur alongside the most effective ways to successfully rehabilitate them. I pursued my passion by studying Sports Rehabilitation at St. Mary’s University. I’ve worked with a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries in both clinical and sporting environments and also had the incredibly rewarding experience of rehabilitating spinal cord injury and paralysis patients in a neurorehabilitation clinic. I enjoy the challenge of tailoring treatment methods to each patient, ensuring their rehabilitation journey is individualised towards their sports, lives and athletic ambitions whilst always maintaining a positive experience throughout. Outside of work, I’m either playing football or at the gym, where I like to experiment with different training methods to boost my own athletic abilities and discover new exercises that could benefit my patients. I am excited to join the Pea Green Team where I can develop my own practice whilst supporting and guiding the recovery of my patients to get them better than before!

Having qualified as a Chartered Physiotherapist in Cardiff, Neone worked in the NHS in London before moving to Malaysia. There she worked as a private musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a progressive group of Orthopaedic Surgeons and physiotherapists in the specially designed Kuala Lumpur Sports Medicine Centre. During this time she had three energetic children, enjoyed travelling and gardening in the tropics.

Returning to England Neone worked as a private musculoskeletal physiotherapist before taking time out to study Naturopathic Nutrition. Having qualified as a nutritional therapist Neone is passionate about supporting her patients with both her physiotherapy and nutritional skills to maximise their health and  well-being potential.

Neone’s nutritional and physiotherapy skills have enabled her to help her three children  with their severe allergies, whilst gardening back in the beautiful English countryside, walking her much loved Golden Retriever and supporting her families sporting  and musical adventures.

Hannah graduated in 2009 from Cardiff University with a first class honours in Physiotherapy. She has since worked in the NHS, in professional sport (the WRU) and in private practises in both the UK and New Zealand. For the last 8 years Hannah has been running a number of large clinics in London for Six Physio, treating a wide variety of MSK injuries. She has a passion for rehab and uses exercise as a key part of her treatment to get clients better and prevent further issues. Before kids Hannah competed in Crossfit competitions across the UK. With a 1 and 2.5 year old this has been a little more tricky so she focuses on the gym and running around after her little ones.

My love for understanding and treating sports injuries started when I was in college. Our sports science program included sports injuries and sports massage which sparked my interest from the very beginning!

We gained experience supporting the college sports teams and even volunteering to provide sports massage at the London marathon.

Working so closely with the athletes and helping them with their recovery pushed me to pursue a career in sports therapy - now I get to do it every day! In my spare time I enjoy horse riding and weight training in the gym. I love keeping active and I think this allows me to empathise with clients when they get injured, we get injured too!

After graduating in 2020, I started working in men’s non league football. I was able to put everything I had learnt into practice - but I felt like something was missing. I started working in sports injury clinics not long after which allowed me to deal with injuries outside of football. I was then able to further my understanding of sports injuries, health conditions which affect the body and how it worked, and general aches and pains.

Fast forward to 2023, I now have the pleasure of working with the Arsenal Women’s academy, MK Dons academy and now Pea Green Physio!
